It’s peaceful location was just what we needed and long walks along the beach were just perfect. The cottage had everything you need and was very clean. I would have liked access to a hoover though just for cleaning up sand at the front door after our beach walks. Will definitely be back.

06-03-2026 5.00We stayed at Keel Cottage for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and in a lovely peaceful area that made it easy to relax. The cottage itself felt cosy and comfortable, and it had a really nice atmosphere that suited the surroundings perfectly. Nairn is a charming place and we actually wish we had planned to spend more time in the area exploring. Keel Cottage made a great base for our stay in the Highlands and we would happily stay here again in the future.

Car parking and driving to the cottage can be a little tricky through the small lanes but that made it a nice, quiet area with very little noise. We loved it!

Emma was so welcoming and friendly in her communications and provided clear instructions on the cottage and also lots of info about the local area. So happy we stayed here and would absolutely stay again. Thanks Emma xx

23-01-2026 5.00We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Keel Cottage with our young dog Kairo. The cottage was so clean and really warm. The beds were comfy and there was everything you'd ever need in the kitchen. It was greay to have the parking space right outside and the enclosed garden which felt really private. The cottage sits in very quiet surroundings. The beach is 2 minutes walk and is beautiful. Forests nearby and lots of places to eat. We had a take away delivery the first night and ate at the Sundancer the second night, which is dog friendly. Lots of dog friendly cafes close by too! We would definitely recommend Keel Cottage and if we travel down to Nairn again, we would stay there again. Emma is a fab host and very responsive. The little biscuit treats and bag of goodies for Kairo our dog was a really nice touch. Really warm place and the woodburner was toasty warm when watching tv at night time.
